FAQ
How does the mist work?
The humidifier uses an ultrasonic element to turn water into a fine, cool mist. The mist rises from the figure's outstretched hand and gently raises the humidity in the room, which helps dry air feel more comfortable.
What water should I use?
Use distilled or demineralized water for the best results. Tap water can leave mineral dust on furniture and may build up inside the unit over time.
Is it quiet enough for a bedroom?
Yes. Ultrasonic operation is designed to be quiet, so it works well in bedrooms, offices and living rooms. Noise level: [X] dB.
Does the green base light turn off?
The glowing base ring is a soft ambient light. Check the product manual for how to turn it on, off or dim it, and whether it can be adjusted separately from the mist.
How long until my order arrives?
Each DoomMist is made to order. Production, shipping and delivery take about 6 to 7 weeks in total from the day you order.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, covering manufacturing defects for [X] months from delivery. Contact store support with your order number for help.
